About Us

Welcome To Al Hasanaat Foundation

Al Hasanaat Foundation was launched in 2011 by Maulana Ali Anwar Qasmi. Having witnessed first hand the plight and vulnerability of the people of Bihar in India, it became a strong desire to help rebuild the lives of the most vulnerable and often forgotten people.

Message From The Founder

My journey with Al Hasanaat Foundation really started the moment I saw firsthand the struggles people were facing in Bihar's underprivileged communities. It hit me then that real change doesn't just come from feeling sorry for someone; it starts with empathy and the will to actually do something about it. That was the seed of the idea for this foundation, a simple hope to lend a hand to those who have no one, to give people back their dignity, and to bring a little bit of light to lives weighed down by hardship. We've always believed that even the smallest act of kindness can turn a life around, and that's what we try to do every day: turn our compassion into something real that lasts.

Looking back on all the years since, it hasn't always been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding. The challenges have been tough, but they're far outweighed by the blessings. Nothing keeps us going more than seeing a child smile, watching a family find their footing again, or a whole community start to thrive because they feel empowered. None of this would be possible without the incredible kindness of our donors, the hard work of our volunteers, and the unwavering belief of every single person who supports us. Thank you for standing with us. It’s because of you that we truly believe we can build a world where love and care for one another are what matter most.

Mission & Vision

At Al Hasanaat Foundation, our mission is to uplift vulnerable and underserved communities through humanitarian aid, relief initiatives, and sustainable development programs. Since our establishment in 2011 by Maulana Ali Anwar Qasmi, we have remained committed to restoring dignity, alleviating hardship, and nurturing resilience among those most in need.

Our vision is to build a compassionate world where love, care, and empathy guide every act of service. We strive for a future where every individual regardless of background or circumstance has access to life's essentials, the opportunity to grow, and the hope to build a brighter tomorrow.

Our Story

The journey of Al Hasanaat Foundation began with a simple yet powerful realization. In 2011, Maulana Ali Anwar Qasmi witnessed the severe hardships faced by the people of Bihar, India. The poverty, the lack of basic necessities, and the silence of those suffering left a deep impact on him. He knew something had to be done, not just words of sympathy, but real help that could change lives. From this sincere intention, the foundation was born. What started as a small effort to bring relief to struggling families has grown into a trusted organization dedicated to supporting those in need through education, healthcare, food assistance, and community development.

Over the years, Al Hasanaat Foundation has evolved into a symbol of hope and compassion. Every initiative, whether it’s building a masjid, sponsoring an orphan, or providing clean water, reflects the same purpose to make life better for people who deserve care and opportunity. With the constant support of our donors, volunteers, and partners, we continue to stand by those who need us most. Our story is a reflection of faith, kindness, and the belief that when people come together for good, lasting change is truly possible.

Nu'man bin Bashir (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion and sympathy are just like one body. When one of the limbs suffers, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
